天空の城に思えて。

It reminded me of the castle in the sky from Ghibli, concrete architecture filled with lush life.
 
 
Throwback to Spring, I visited “Awaji Yumebutai”, which was designed by world-renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando.
 
It was built upon an abandoned excavation site to revive the damaged nature.
 
One hundred flowerbeds are arranged in a terrace, where we have a panoramic view of Osaka Bay.
 
You can feel many different elements of nature, such as water, sunlight, the ocean breeze, etc.
 
It’s such a refreshing change from the city.
